The Process - Edge-banding

PVC Doors are a simple process to make.  Arborline has used its position in the market to invest in the next generation of edge banding as shown the the videos.

Below shows the CNC router that we use to mill out the doors. 

The doors and panels are then edge taped by the HOMAG Ambition 2270 like the one shown below
